Narrowed the bars tonight. Took one inch off each side leaving end-to-end width at 25.5". Looking for a little more comfort and less wind resistance, but who knows how much it'll actually help. Didn't think it really warranted a picture. V-Rod headlight is supposed to be here by Monday from R1E so look for that.

Also trying to find 43mm black rubber fork boots. Anybody know of a source? Only found 41 and 45 so far.

First pic is of the bike prior to bedliner. Taken sometime this spring. Shows the shaved cam cover well. Next few are from my ride last night in its current form. Pipe has been un-wrapped because it's needed to be welded up twice in the last few weeks. Finally put a 1/4" x 1/4" piece of steel on the inside of the curve to brace it. No problems since. Still need to finish and paint the switch panel and paint the clamps black after taking the gauge bezel mount out of the middle.

Here she is torn down for multiple mods, including shaving the handlebar clamp to remove the mount for the gauges, blacking out the bars, clamps, trees and fork lowers, new switch panel inside the right knee area, and working on a new solo seat as well to shorten up the tail by about 6 inches.

Here she is sometime around April of 07. Plastics pulled, blinkers and reflectors pulled, shaved mounts on swingarm, swingarm and tank sprayed with Line-X, Forcewinder intake, wrapped Force Streetfighter exhaust, shaved cam cover, blacked out numerous items, installed '01-later factory tach kit, XB rocker box covers/ breather, H-D derby cover, billet brake pedal, bar-end mirror, M2 Low seat, you get the idea...

Here's the bike a day or two after I bought it in October of 2006. Got it for $3100 with 4700 miles, a rocker box gasket leak, and a non-functional 4th gear. Shown here almost the same as purchased, but I'd already pulled the hugger and belt guards off the swingarm.

I'm definitely interested. Been combing eBay the last couple months and haven't had anything come up yet. PM me or whatever with the details.
